For Digital Downloads:

All sales on digital products are final. No returns or exchanges can be accepted on a .PDF download once purchased.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us to resolve.

For Fabric & Kits:

Returns on unused, unwashed, uncut fabric will be accepted if the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

For Heirloom Quilts:

Returns on unused, unwashed quilts will be accepted if the return is initiated within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item.

For Custom Quilts:

All custom quilts with added personalizations (i.e. embroidery, patches...etc.) are final sale.
